Business Change Manager (Contract)
Location: London/Birmingham  Country: UK Rate: £650/day Inside of IR35
 

We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Business Change Manager for one of their Public sector Clients based in London or Birmingham (Hybrid)

  • IR35: This role is inside of IR35

Minimum Requirement:

  • Business Change experience/Has been a Business Change Manager for around 5+ years
  • Business change qualification
  • Experience in system transformation
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 desirable
  • Experience in shaping and delivering change programmes
  • Experience in working with technology teams to deliver major systems changes, including transition be-tween systems
  • Experience in developing and delivering training and communication plans with relevant experts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Experience using standard techniques for great effect in changes: Project planning, Business Model Change, Stakeholder Mapping, Process Mapping, Training needs analysis and RAID Logs with relevant mitigations
